Sharon’s style of presentation is highly interactive and personal. She says, “Whenever it's feasible, I spend little time behind the lectern. Instead, I move amongst the people. This removes the perceived barriers between the speaker and the listener. Once the barriers are removed, people relax and tend to listen better.” Her style has inspired comments such as, “Sharon is so personable, I feel able and excited to make the changes she talks about” and “her abundant use of Scripture is refreshing.”

She holds bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies, has been Director of Assimilation at a large church, an entrepreneur and Bible teacher. Sharon has trained at some of the largest churches in the country in areas of small group ministry and leadership. She is a contributing author to online Christian publications, currently writing her first book, and a member of the National Speaker’s Association.

On the personal side, Sharon is married to Glenn, has two adult children and lives in the Kansas City area.
